Questions Before You Order
Is there a minimum order for custom apparel?
No minimums. You can order as few or as many pieces as you need. Pricing is quantity-based, so the more you order, the lower the cost per piece. A batch of 100 is much cheaper per shirt than a batch of 10.
What apparel brands can I choose from?
We work with trusted brands including Gildan, District, Next Level, BELLA+CANVAS, Port Authority, CornerStone, Sport-Tek, OGIO, New Era, Eddie Bauer, Carhartt, and Nike, from budget-friendly tees to premium workwear. Dry-fit and performance fabrics are available too, a popular pick for summer.
Can I bring in my own apparel to be printed?
In general we don't print on customer-supplied apparel, but in select circumstances we may be able to help, so it's always worth asking. Usually we source the garments ourselves, because we get better pricing than retail and can pass those savings on to you.
Will the print peel or crack over time?
No. We run a top-of-the-line screen-printing press and properly cure every piece, so the ink bonds into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it. Your design won't crack, fade, or peel after a few runs through the dryer.
Do you offer screen printing and embroidery?
Both. Screen printing is ideal for bold, colorful designs and larger runs, while embroidery gives hats, polos, and jackets a clean, premium finish. Not sure which fits your project? We'll recommend the best option.
Can you design or fix my logo?
Yes. We can create a new logo, clean up or upgrade an existing one, or redesign it for a more professional look, then get it print-ready for your apparel and signage.
Do you serve businesses outside the Syracuse area?
