Graphic Designer / Large Format Printing Specialist
This role blends creativity with production precision. You’ll design and prep artwork for signs, banners, vehicle graphics, and large-format projects, ensuring every file is print-ready and every color hits the mark. Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Flexi Design, and the Adobe Creative Suite is essential, along with a strong understanding of print production workflows.
You’ll collaborate closely with the production team to take projects from concept to finished install—creating accurate layouts, preparing cut and print files, and ensuring designs translate flawlessly from screen to final product.
Estimator
The estimator is the bridge between ideas and execution. You’ll review project details, calculate materials and labor, and create accurate quotes for everything from storefront signage to custom builds. Strong attention to detail, comfort with numbers, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members are essential. You help ensure projects are profitable and expectations are clear from day one.
Customer Service Assistant
This is the front line of Patriot Prints. You’ll answer questions, coordinate orders, and help customers navigate timelines, artwork approvals, and project details. Organization and clear communication matter just as much as a positive attitude. You’ll work closely with sales, design, and production to keep projects moving smoothly and customers confident in the process.
Laborer / Installer
This hands on role supports production and installation in the shop and on site. You’ll assist with preparing materials, finishing prints, loading jobs, and installing signage safely and professionally. Comfort with tools, ladders, and physical work is important. Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship go a long way here, because the final install is what customers see every day.
